Saturday Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup desicated coconut (or you could add some oats instead)
- 2-3 cups water
Method
- Mix all together with a fork until smooth and runny enough to pour.
- Heat a little oil in a pan. Pour in batter and cook on both sides. You may also like to add some cut up banana or apple, thinly sliced, or diced dates and figs to the pancake while cooking.
- Eat with toppings such as: maple syrup & ice cream, jam, lemon & sugar, margarine, golden syrup, fruit salad... TASTY! (serves 2-3)
